LamatTM is a comprehensive performance management tool that complements Nihilent’s MC³ TM framework. At its core, Lamat uses the Balanced Scorecard Concept for the purpose of performance measurement.

Competency Assessment System (CASTM), a module of Lamat helps calibrate the competencies of individuals and provides the organization with a well-defined development approach to bridge the gaps.
