Medical

Medical plans include vision and prescription coverage. A Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and/or a Health Maintenance Organization is available.

Dental

Two types of dental coverage are offered: a Preferred Dental Network (in-network) if available in your area, and Basic Dental Coverage (out-of-network).

Life Insurance

Life insurance options include an automatic term life policy for every associate and the option to purchase additional life insurance coverage for you and your dependents.

Individual Retirement Plan

After one year of service, you may contribute up to 12% of salary on a before or after tax basis. The company will make an annual contribution of 3% of salary and match 50 cents for every $1 you contribute, to a maximum of 6% of salary.

Disability Coverage

Depending on your length of service, salary continuation for short-term disabilities is offered. Long-term disability coverage is also available and will continue your salary, in part, for longer term illnesses or injuries.

Health and Dependent Care Spending Accounts

The Health and Dependent Care Spending Accounts allow you to lower your taxable income by making pre-tax contributions to one or both spending accounts and then submitting eligible expenses for reimbursement.

Employee Assistance Program

An employee assistance program is available for confidential counseling for work, family or personal matters at no cost to the associate.

Educational Assistance

To support associate development, the company provides up to 100% reimbursement for approved educational expenses.

Credit Union

Various financial services are offered through the Digital Federal Credit Union. All associates and their families are eligible to join.
